At no time in the Burbank Phil’s 21 years of performance history has its mission been more meaningful – to be a donor and grant supported not-for-profit organization; dedicated to making world-class music available free of charge to everyone whatever their economic condition. The magic of the Burbank Phil’s music continues, in spite of these very challenging financial times. The mission remains the same!
The Burbank Philharmonic Orchestra’s season appeals to young and the young-at-heart with its blend of symphonic favorities like the Berlioz “Symphony Fantastique”, classical icons like Mahler’s Symphony No.1″, family favorites like Tchaikovsky’s “Nutcracker Suite” or sing-along favorites from Hollywood musicals and the Swing Band era.
